When you create an account: your email address (used to send you a one-time sign-in code), your display name if you choose to add one, and your UPI ID only when you submit a withdrawal request.
Automatically collected: cashback offer links clicked (to track and credit your earnings), device type, and approximate location (country/city derived from IP address).
We do not collect passwords, payment card details, or precise location data.
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may use analytics to understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on first visit.
We use third-party services for authentication and data storage. When you click a cashback offer link and visit a partner store, that store and their affiliate network may set their own tracking cookies — these are governed by the respective store's privacy policy, not ours.
We do not sell your personal data. We share only the minimum data (anonymised click identifiers) required to attribute your cashback earnings with our affiliate network partners. Your email, name, and UPI ID are never shared with merchants or affiliate networks.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Cashback transaction records are retained for 3 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@waybay.in.

WayBay ("we", "us") is an online cashback platform that connects users with partner stores through affiliate links. By using this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
WayBay is free to use. A free account is required to earn cashback. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and request withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Each user may hold only one account.
All cashback offer links on WayBay are affiliate tracking links. When you click a link and make a purchase, WayBay may earn a commission from the partner store. This does not affect the price you pay — the merchant sets the price independently. Always verify the final price and product details on the merchant's website before purchasing.
Cashback is earned only on purchases made by clicking a store's link on the WayBay Cashback page while signed in to your WayBay account. The cashback amount for each store is displayed on the Cashback page and represents a portion of the commission WayBay receives. Cashback is credited to your WayBay Wallet after the order is confirmed by the merchant and affiliate network, which typically takes up to 60 days. WayBay reserves the right to withhold or reverse cashback if an order is cancelled, returned, or if fraudulent activity is detected. Cashback rates are subject to change by the partner store at any time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are made to the UPI ID you provide. Withdrawals are processed within 2–5 business days of approval. WayBay is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or UPI provider.
You may not use WayBay to place fraudulent orders, manipulate cashback tracking, create multiple accounts, or misuse the platform in any way. Any such activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending cashback.
WayBay is an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. We are not liable for product quality, delivery, pricing errors, or any loss arising from your use of merchant services. Our total liability is limited to the cashback amount directly attributable to the disputed transaction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of WayBay after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
